Endodontics
We remove the deep part of the tooth when it is injured or infected.
If the pulp chamber (the area where the tooth's nerve is located) becomes infected due to decay or is exposed to the environment due to an accident, root canal treatment is the only treatment that can save your tooth.

When is re-endodontic treatment necessary?
- When you have pain or throbbing pain when chewing.
- When you have pain when drinking or eating something cold or hot.
- When you have a very deep cavity or an accident that causes infection in the tooth or bone.
- When a tooth darkens or changes color.
- When you have inflammation and/or pus near the gum.
When performing this treatment, the dentist removes the infected or damaged nerve and replaces it with a filling that seals the tooth. This filling can last a lifetime, but you may need a repeat root canal treatment if the initial treatment fails.
